Right there atop the Bill of Rights, since December 15, 1791, and designed to protect citizens from the government interfering with free religious exercise, free conduct of the press, free assembly, and quite pertinent to these times, the right of the people to speak, write, grunt, carrier-pigeon, smoke signal, and otherwise communicate to redress grievances with the government.
Have problems with an election? Speak freely, present your case, and present it to the government. We should always aim for accuracy, but the framers so feared government, they even protected conspiracy theorists, crackpots, and habituals liars with the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
Americans today face unjust consequences, but the U.S. Constitution is our highest magistrate behind only God. The government answers and is accountable to it. We rally behind truth, no matter what the corrupt courts have to say. Their failure to carry out justice does not negate our responsibility to present truth and conduct ourselves in accordance to our rights that come from God, and are codified in our Constitution.
You stand your ground. You speak your truth. In doing so, you uphold the Holy Scripture as pertains to those Christians of the final generation who prevail over evil:
They conquered him (the accuser, Satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; for they did not love their lives to the point of death. Revelation !2:10 (CSB)
