I indicated on social media yesterday that fate and circumstance revealed new knowledge of fraud-by-mail to me, and I promised to write it up for your consumption. This is a developing issue, but one that hit me like an apple falling out of a tree in clarity and confirmation.
Yesterday, one of Arizona State Representative Rachel Jones’ former constituents and a 2022 supporter reached out to inform her of a troubling development. This former constituent and her husband moved to Texas last month, and upon doing so, attempted to remove themselves from Pima County’s permanent early-mail list multiple times (only the husband was successful). Due to her lack of success in getting removed from the list, and her inherent distrust of mail-in voting, she used the county recorder’s website to find that her ballot had not only been requested, but presumably cast – only not by her. This “registered Republican” ballot, if cast, would be awaiting tabulation to the benefit of a candidate that didn’t earn the vote.
Pima County’s recorder is an utterly corrupt left-wing firebrand who hides behind the standard lame excuses used to cover up dereliction of duty named Gabriella Cazares-Kelly, pictured below. Thanks to the obvious and massive corruption of Maricopa County’s elections in recent cycles, Pima County, home to metro Tucson, has gone largely unnoticed, even though their 2020 election totals are nearly as unbelievable as Maricopa’s, while representing only about one-quarter of the ballot volume. Biden’s gain in raw votes in the county, despite a Trump gain of over 40,000 from the previous election, was nearly 1.8 times higher than the previous record Democrat single-cycle increase set by John Kerry in 2004. Why am I spending so much virtual ink explaining to you the fate of one known fraudulent ballot out of more than a half million ballots that will be counted in Pima County?
Because the life cycle of this ballot may give us a blueprint for what fuels the fraud-by-mail system, with or without the help of the United States Postal Service, which, through its union, supports Democrat candidates far and wide:
· A voter moves out of a county or state and files a change of address with the USPS. In the case of Rachel’s constituents, this was filed on September 18.
· The USPS updates the change of address in an internal database.
· Corrupt recorders may have access to this database, whether via spoon-fed or indirect means, which may or may not implicate the USPS.
· Someone at the recorder’s office may case the database for registrations that will not, by default, be voting in the county in the coming election because they are no longer associated with someone who lives in the county. The trick is to ensure they aren’t removed from the registration list in a timely manner.
· Vacant registration identities and relevant information that can be used for fraudulent voting are then forwarded to another individual, or group, to formally request the ballot. In the case of Rachel’s constituent, the ballot was requested the same day she changed her address, a Wednesday. It will be interesting to find out if all entries on the automatic mail list had ballots requested on September 18 as a technicality, or if that was unique to this constituent in that it perfectly coincided with the date the change of address was registered.
· The ballot is printed and delivered to the address requested, picked up, filled out, and returned. Or could it be that these ballots never leave the Recorder’s office?
Please review this ballot’s life cycle captured above. I mentioned at the beginning of this piece that this is a developing situation, and in the middle of writing it, I spoke to the registrant’s husband and received the above graphic (with redacted personal information for obvious reasons). Apparently, after being alerted to the issue yesterday online, the Pima Recorder’s office contacted this family and either told them the truth or attempted to cover their asses after having been caught. I have my suspicions which one is correct, and so does the family in question.
Even though the above capture suggests the county received the ballot on October 18, just three days ago, and was in the process of verifying the signature, they told this family that the ballot was kicked back by the postal service (after 9 days) and returned “not voted,” presumably because the family no longer resides at the address in which they asked to be un-registered from. This is strange, because the last notification this woman received regarding her ballot is that she needed to get in touch with the office to verify an issue regarding her signature.
Signature? What signature? You mean someone placed a signature on a ballot they made no selections on, and returned it to the county? Remember, the fundamental issue with elections in America exists because of the major distrust brought about by a lack of government transparency. Do you mean to tell me a county as large as Pima County that considers itself capable of maintaining a list of hundreds of thousands of early mail-in voters can’t create enough categories to outline any updates or issues regarding returned with a signature?
If you were with the county and were caught dishing out vacated ballots and having them return-harvested, what would you say? I think I would say, “oh, the ballot wasn’t voted – nothing to worry about here,” and destroy it as soon as possible, especially before the voter exercised her right to see an image of the signature, which needs to happen immediately.
Top 3 Questions for Clarity
1) Which database is being cased to identify an available credit line of registrations?
2) Who is responsible for identifying and requesting ballots for relocated voters?
3) Where are ballots sent and retrieved, and by whom?
I will absolutely take heat over this article, just like I did when I correctly highlighted that Henrico County, Virginia, has no means of disproving no precinct had higher than 100% turnout in the 2020 election. Once again, however, the folks under scrutiny have every opportunity available to them to open their system for transparency and regain the trust of the electorate. All we need is an explanation as to why a returned ballot comes with a notification that signature verification is needed, but there are supposedly no votes allotted and the ballot wasn’t returned by the registrant, but rather sent back by the post office. All we need is an explanation as to why we are told Arizona counties run clean elections with statistically zero election fraud, but ineligible voters aren’t removed from the voter rolls and ballots are dispensed to them anyway and left up to the honors policy that no one with bad motives will retrieve them and fill them out for the candidates of their own choosing.
This is one ballot. How many more ballots fall into this category, in a county that has many races within it that will potentially be decided by hundreds of votes? We the People deserve full transparency and answers as to why these corrupt systems continue to exist. I will update this story as more answers come to light. I am just a private citizen analyzing information. The burden does not rest of me to restore trust with society. It rests on jurisdictions like Pima County, who constantly leave us with more questions than answers.

Brazen as brass as my mother used to say. It amazes me that areas that do attempt to clean up their voter rolls are held in contempt by our government. How dare they foil the plans that depended on those illegal votes?!
I think this is appalling! Thanks for your reporting Seth
On a good note, I went into a neighborhood with six Harris signs and staked a Trump sign in my seamstress’ yard with her permission. I told her she’ll make some friends. She called me six hours later to tell me she got several supports from her customers and people were happy she had placed the sign in obvious enemy territory. People are being reserved and I know even with the silence and lack of Trump signage the silent majority will win the election. Too big to rig my friend, do not despair. Pray! 🙏
