I agree with Seth; the ruling is a mixed bag. While someone above states that 'Hope springs eternal', I might retort that 'hope is not a plan'. My biggest misgivings come from one judge, no jury, and I'm not at all confident that this judge's veteran status counts for doodly-squat.
My gut tells me it's a setup to further demoralize the Patriot/America First/Election Integrity movement; I hope I'm wrong.

We will see under this judge if lady Justice still wears a blindfold. The decision should be based on the law of Arizona
