The most compelling statement to me was when Maricopa admitted the 19" ballot problem has been around for the past 3 election cycles and nothing was done about it. To me, that alone shows intent.

Much appreciated but I would be interested in your take on the closing argument by the defense. I’ll paraphrase my takeaway. How dare you wait to vote on Election Day!

Seth, What is truly bizzare was the defense closing argument. He blamed the Kari Campaign for the problems on election day. His reasoning seems to be that if not so many people showed up on election day the problems would go away. A more reasonable approach would be that the machines failed and the administration of the election failed on election day. Voters should expect to vote in the way that THEY want to vote. As you know the solution is your 10 points which include no machines, Voter ID, paper ballots, hand count, one day of voting.

I think it is so amazing when you see an attorney speak in favor of the opposing party. Love it. It just happened to me in Trial last month. The Defendants attorney, while his client was testifying, proved my argument with his questions he should have known better not to ask. If you know, you know. Attorneys cast judgement too.

I pray that Judge Thompson follows and applies the law and that he stands firm.

I've had concerns since he dismissed the 1st amendment part of the case. He said yes Hobbs told twitter to remove content, but they didn't compel them to remove it. Absolutely outrageous reasoning and now we know the fbi has been paying twitter to remove content they don't like.

Based on that ruling i've had my reservations but during the trial the judge hasn't been unfair to either side from what I've seen. Here's to hoping.

I had nearly lost faith in our judicial system, however the verdict in the Rittenhouse trial was the shot in the arm I (and we) needed. Although he shouldn’t have been charged and he should have been acquitted prior to the case going to the jury, justice prevailed. I hope that is the case here - that justice prevails. Follow the law. Follow the law. Follow the law.

I lost faith in the justice system years ago, as part of gaining more faith in God – a trade I will take any day, but not without some trepidation.

Place all your faith in Christ Who is God - only in Him will you find absolute truth.

Thank you, as always. I am hopeful that the judge is a good critical thinker and is reasonably fair minded.

Always love your perspective Captain K. Thank you... I'd take your "news" over any other major news outlet right now.

Let’s pray the judge has the courage to do what is lawful and moral.

I watched the trial and can’t image how the judge would vote for the defense!! We are in deep trouble if he does!! I know we can appeal but if this judge is compromised -they may all be!! Pray that this is not so 🙏🙏

No matter what the judge does or says , all past history for several years now says nothing will happen to the criminal .

Appreciate your decipher of things which are so complicated to explain to others. If you don't mind I am copying this to share with some family members who are on the brink of acknowledging something is wrong. Not quite ready to admit 2020 was wrong, but opening their eyes a bit as they turn their heads.

Progress, Sir.

Definite progress.

Have a happy and productive day.

Much love,

Tiffany

I do pray the judge will do the right thing, but even if he does, I think there will be more complications than Captain K has mentioned. Appointing Lake or even an election "redo" will surely result in appeals and likely result in some violence (maybe even before the appeal process completes). I have been pleasantly surprised we haven't seen protestors outside the judge's residence or piles of bricks deposited around town; perhaps they are unsure of a blind eye from the local authorities.

Why would they certify an election without the corrective actions being verified and validated? The root cause is a 19 inch ballot printout on a 20 inch piece of paper. In how many precincts? How many was that again? I don't believe it was a fair election when these types of things happen on voting day.

"Hey Delmar, does this ballot look too small to you? Well Pete, it's hard to say, cause I only get to see one ballot a year."

Well said. I agree with your assessment.

Well said (as usual) Capt. Keshel.

I'm hoping and praying that this is "our" version of the Battle of Midway. It won't mark the end of the war, but will mark a first victory for the good side ... and- a conclusion only possible with the hindsight available AFTER the good side's victory - that this battle marked the turning point.

So, whatever Judge Thompson’s decision, it will likely end up on a fast track to SCOTUS? If that happens, what would the likelihood be that other down ballot midterm races i.e. Mark Finchem, Blake Masters etc. would be affected in a SCOTUS decision?
