Thank you Seth. I have extra copies of The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates that I will be taking to town with me on Monday when I go and speak with local officials. Having been through the Lockdowns here in NM I know La Brujita is just getting started so we MUST shut this down. Failure is not an option. Because you took the time to shed light on this, I am encouraged today. I'm grateful to God that he put young men like you in this time and place and that you have been obedient to the calling to use your talents to inform, educate, and encourage.

I think it might be possible to get it in e-book....I'm not sure. Maybe someone else will know.

This, in a nutshell, is why the left has been winning. They're not afraid to take risks for the purposes of reaching their desired ends, even if they take a few "L"s along the way. Look at the vax mandate from a couple years back - companies with 100+ employees would've been mandated to have all their employees jabbed. It was blatantly unconstitutional from the get-go, and yet it made its way all the way to the Supreme Court before being struck down. 13 years ago, it was the health insurance mandate the Dems passed that actually survived, despite massive outcry against it. GOPers in power never seem to boldly go on offense, with few exceptions (e.g. Ron DeSantis in his first term as governor). Even the "Contract with America" was an afterthought after only one year of the GOP in power in 1995.

Wish I knew some lawyers willing to take this on. Every one I've met is part of the opposition. New Mexico is very friendly to tort lawsuits, so the ones who make their way here are like Pharisees and Sadducees – more interested in their position than justice.

It is unlikely there will be any lawyers in NM willing to take this on. They all well know they will be disbarred if they participate...

Unlikely to succeed given the Democrat majority in the legislature, but at least we have this: https://www.independentsentinel.com/rep-lord-moves-to-impeach-gov-grisham-for-breaking-the-law/

What is the point of electing a sheriff if they aren't going to arrest anyone when this happens ?!? 😩

And as for this trash governor, can't we find a nice little Communist oblast somewhere for her to run?

Great insight, Captain K. And a very practical checklist for people to use....thanks for that !! I'm looking into becoming an election judge. So let's start with rigged elections......I would call Trump a statesman. I think Kari Lake would be a statesman. Both of them won in landslides but are still sitting on the sidelines. So I think we have some statesmen out there. But a bigger point may be that good people are dissuaded from doing things like running for office because of the times we live in.....as in, no secrecy. I bet the statesmen of old did just about as many immoral things as we do today, but they were able to be done in secret, or with the blessing of a silent media that allowed personal to be separated from professional. Nowadays, sadly, personal is blurred with professional, and anyone with any skeleton of any size in his/her closet must either stay out of the public eye or be prepared to take serious heat, as Trump has done. Reporters nowadays live for the opportunity to scoop their peers and report on some personal misdeed committed by someone in the public eye. And it goes both ways....right and left. It's sad, and I don't know how it gets fixed. God is a lot more forgiving than most of us down here are, I'm afraid.

It’s the same everywhere, if we as individuals don’t act where we’re at, against this lawlessness, we are letting it continue.
