Why have a certification vote if the answer can only be yes or you will be arrested. That to me is the essence of being anti-democratic.

Exactly; felony arrest for what...???

And what's worse is the threat apparently came from the Secretary of States office - Hobbs, the Democratic running for governor.

When the Mohave County supervisor said he had no choice, he was wrong. The first job of government is to secure the rights of the people. This man and every other supervisor who voted to certify this sham election failed in their duty. Of course there is a choice. Stand up for the rule of law, protect the sacred right to vote, and go to jail if that is what it means. If elected officials are not willing to show courage in the face of adversity, they should step aside.

He should've said no anyway. Stand up for something.

Seth, do you know what happens if someone stands up and says, "Okay, charge me with a felony" -- then what? I want someone to show some backbone, and then fight it all the way up to the supreme court.

There is a peaceful protest that has been taking place at the Government Center In Maricopa County since Friday. They have had about 200 people max. I don’t get it? Are Arizonan’s that scared, comfortable or soft. Keyboard warriors are one thing, We The People are the Key! Why haven’t the 4 Republican candidates in Arizona even mentioned it or for that matter gone down to speak. To add a little rhyme, I haven’t heard a peep out of you either Seth Keshel? Weren’t you one to say to get involved when and where you can or you have no reason to bitch. Asking for several Arizona friends that read and subscribe to your site.

Well, Tim, I hate to disappoint after two years of 80% travel trying to educate and persuade people to fix this issue, but I'm recovering from an abscess in my throat. Think you can give me a pass?

Seth, I’m sorry to hear about your throat abscess. I didn’t ask YOU to physically go to the protest. If your throat abscess effected your eyes and fingers I’m sorry. Your still posting so I know it isn’t your fingers.

My question was your social media influence. YOU HAVE SAID NOTHING ABOUT THE PEACEFUL PROTEST IN ARIZONA TO HELP AND GET THE WORD OUT. …why?

If you know nothing about the protests that are posted on social media channels, one being Joe Oltmann for the last 6 days, frankly, I would like a refund on my subscription.

Here is the heart of my comments on the peaceful protest I sent in the message to you;

Wow? I’ve taken two steps backwards on your loyalty to your words. I’m patient and will wait and see.

God Bless

I promoted the rally on 11/22

https://t.me/RealSKeshel/6707

I was wedged between three groups - the ones promoting the event, local group troops in AZ trying to coordinate/streamline/prevent infiltration, and then the third, the candidates, who were split on public demonstrations. To the latter, I think they have too much faith in the courts, and think they are concerned it would scuttle any effort they had going.

There's a lot of middle ground in it. My ground was to promote the rally, advise against certain types of conduct because they are looking to bait groups into bad conduct, and then see what happens. Unfortunately, as you've indicated, lots of comfort out there still to be found.

We are seeing the apathy and sheer laziness of the American people... the only thing 90% are willing to work for is picking up their drive-thru $6 coffee or dropping off jimmy john at soccer... same with masks... everyone willingly grabbing their ankles and doing what they’re told. The level of programming is shocking...

People have been encouraged, even by Lake's allies, not to protest yet but instead to let the legal proceedings continue. How much of a crowd do you expect when the leaders on "your side" discourage you?

Expand full comment

Explain what “your side” means? We’re both American’s and live in a certain state.

I believe we all want freedom, safety for our families and children, a healthy economy in order to prosper.

What is it “your side” wants?

What I mean is that it is difficult to tell who is controlled opposition and who is honestly trying to do what is right.

For a county to certify a fraud riddled election under duress without due investigation - for the threat of being sued is surely just pure extortion.

It’s no coincidence that the firm behind it is Perkins Coie - Mark Elias. They are the sweepers for Hillary or should I say Killary.

This it what all founders tried to ensure never happened.

THOUSANDS of People stood up on Jan 6th and marched to protest peacefully. Good people are now suffering and rotting in a DC jail cell because of it and NO-ONE is taking about them. Trump and others should be talking about them and fighting for their heroic acts every single day …. Instead, they’ve become forgotten martyrs. So when people see no “general” has your back when you go out on a limb “for the cause” well… wars can’t be won just with soldiers. They have to have to have generals who have their back. Otherwise they are just martyrs.

News flash for Mr Angius: Maricopa Supervisors don’t appear to care because they DON’T. They are laughing all the way to the bank. Trouble is, it’s not their bank. It’s The Peoples Treasury.

As long as there's the pretense of a legal election I don't see the town folk storming the castle with torches and pitchforks. The 'crats figured out how to cheat long ago and with today's technology have honed it to a fine art.

This fellow has figured out what appears to be the biggest piece of their complicated puzzle.

Does the Republican establishment even care? I doubt it.

We’ve become a passive aggressive society. We want our freedom, but we don’t really want a spotlight on us as individuals, so we choose to boycott, or answer polls, or vote which hasn’t achieved our goals. I’m not sure how we avoid a civil war at this point. I know some vets that are ready for it.

As for AZ, I was shocked that so few locals were turning out for the protest. Not that that would have made a difference in the vote to certify, but maybe it would have gotten more media coverage!

I would like to think that if Beto had won in Texas that a bunch of west Texas ranchers would be dropping cattle dung in Austin.
