Best news we’ve had in awhile! This is only possible due to your messaging, and we are so grateful that you have identified weaknesses in the system and you have been a tireless fighter for change. 🙏🏻❤️🇺🇸
Seth , ( if possible ) reach out to Glen Beck to help put pressure on the legislature to pass it. He’s a Texas resident with a big voice. If we can get one big state fixed ( partially at least ) the rest will follow. Thanks for the great work as always !
Nice work, Captain K !!......and Representative Toth !! This is an excellent template for other states with friendly legislatures to follow. I think that the smaller precinct size issue is major. You really cut down on the ways to cheat with smaller precincts. In purplish states, or at the federal level, if a law like this were being considered, I think one concession you might have to make is on the mail-in voting. I agree that it should be banned, and I would never mail in my own vote, but there are some red states where pretty much everybody mails in their vote....like Utah and Kansas. Mail-in voting might be a camel that is too big to get out of the tent at this point. But who on earth came up with the idea of SIGNATURE verification before counting a mail-in ballot as legitimate ?? I think you shouldn't sign a mail-in ballot, but the law should require something like.......the last four digits of your SSN. And the only people with access to those numbers in the election process would be the people verifying the legitimacy of those ballots. That would prevent all cheating on mail-in ballots unless it were an inside job by someone with access to SSN's, and that would narrow the pool of suspects down to a very small number. So, if I move into a new place, and I register to vote, a mail-in ballot would be mailed to me, but I might also receive one for the person who last lived there. Well, I can't do a damn thing with that ballot, because I have no idea what his SSN is. So, people collecting mail-in ballots and forging signatures and "muling" them to drop-off boxes would stop on a dime. Little old ladies at the precinct deciding if a SIGNATURE on a mail-in ballot is legit is a really dumb idea that needs to go away forthwith.
This is encouraging. I will contact the committee chair. We look forward to your being in Brownwood tomorrow, Captain Seth! Thank you for your getting this word out.
Thank you for info! Sent emails to Rep Smith, to schedule in Elections Com, Reps Toth & Wilson thanking for co-sponsoring & my Rep Troxclair to support HB 5234. Will also forward your article to others. Great work! Thank you for your past & continuing service!!!

They will ALWAYS try to confuse because they don’t like the light. We all must fight this at the smallest level to the highest level.
