Debate Fallout Proves Chris Paul Theory is the Only Productive Long-Term Mindset
Topic: Perspective
While little has surfaced by way of Vice Presidential considerations in the last day, my first two predictions for how yesterday’s debate would unfold went down like I wrote the debate script myself. In fact, Joe Biden damn near filled out my debate Bingo card the first two times he opened his mouth:
In a brief recap, here is how the debate went:
· Trump won with ease, and even CNN said it was 67-33% in his favor. On the downside of that, I’ve always said 30% of Americans will never have their minds changed and will follow the news and government all the way to the work camps – I’m not too far off the beaten path here.
· Biden got taken for a ride and outmaneuvered by Trump on many topics, including abortion, and Brian Cates is the big winner of the day by going against the grain and telling everyone why Trump was smart to take on a debate run by CNN, who was widely expected to lob softballs at Biden but did a surprisingly fair job – they even had to ask a sitting president to expand his answers and make an attempt at filling his time allotment.
· Not only did Biden lose handily, but he also most likely ran his canoe over the falls and will never recover. I am not confident there is an actionable or serious plan to replace him, and some states, like Nevada, will be forfeited if he isn’t replaced soon. I am getting the feeling the Democrats are stuck with this albatross.
· Polls will favor Trump perhaps heavier than any Republican presidential nominee since Reagan, most likely showing safe leads in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, and North Carolina, solid ones in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and slight ones in Minnesota and Virginia, with dark horses coming into view. The discussion to replace Biden will escalate and Kamala Harris will seek to be dealt into the game.
Even with all this good news, social media is filled with negativity - a bunch of “but,” “what if,” “Michelle Obama,” and “Deep State” for everyone who will listen clutters comment sections, making it difficult to spike the football for even 24 hours. Honestly, I’m not so sure that every political victory under the sun will cure what ails some folks who just can’t stop dwelling on everything negative. I have committed the last 3.5 years of my life to restoring the rightful President to office, so trust me, I have a vested interest in having the right things happen this November. If we manage to put Trump back in office, political malaise will inevitably set in, because the entrenched federal bureaucracy will do everything they can to slow him down or take him out, and at this point in 2028, everyone will be worried about what will happen if that year’s presumptive Democrat nominee gets elected against the poor Republican who will have to run in Trump’s shadow.
I am not worried about 2028, because I am too invested in and focused on 2024. If Trump is kept away from the White House, none of this election integrity business will matter for a hill of beans, because more states will enshrine the election cheats into law, and no outsider will be able to rise to political prominence until law and order is restored by some act of divine help. Anxiety and constant despair is literally killing our own people over things they have limited control over. I was right there until I discovered a theory that put my heart at ease – I call it the Chris Paul Theory.
I first met Chris Paul when my social media following was growing exponentially in 2021. Chris has a podcast called Be Reasonable, and an insightful presence on social media. I have found him to be one of the most independent-minded people in a sphere of folks who don’t exactly feel comfortable in breaking from groupthink, and he is a master contrarian. We have spoken several times in the past few months about this insane cycle of the human existence we find ourselves in, and while Chris hopes for the best and ostensibly hopes to see Trump win in 2024, he has a much more long-term approach than I do. Chris leaves a little window for my second of four possible election outcomes in which Trump is “allowed” to win an apparent and modest landslide, if only to give Americans the notion that elections are fair, thereby preserving the corrupt system for when Trump finally heads off to pasture at the conclusion of his second stint in office; however, Chris thinks the best long-term approach to solving the elections crisis is for Biden to be the apparent winner of the 2024 election, requiring 100 million ballots to overcome however large Trump’s pending surge is going to be, maybe 85-90 million real votes, with an even more grotesque way of carrying it out than simply pausing the count in the key states and counting for a few days, which was announced in advance last time around. Paul’s theory is that with Trump now expected to win, and with Biden’s term wreaking havoc on the country, that such an outcome would not only be unbelievable (5 of 8 American likely voters today don’t believe the 2020 race was fair, and even more think the 2024 race will be unfair), but unacceptable.
Having conditions move from inconvenient to unacceptable creates the sea change for people to finally get pissed off enough to mobilize and force accountability for those who preside and keep watch over the corrupt systems, which are not limited to just elections. And getting there requires pain – Americans like to bitch, gripe, and whine on social media, but at the end of the day, most still have access to a favorite TV series, hobby, Subway sandwich, or place to stay out of the rain. Those who are barely holding on to those things are holding out hope that their votes will count, and eventually, as has been upheld by all civilized history to this point, backlash becomes inevitable.
I don’t know exactly how this election is going to shape up, but I know how it should shape up. This time around, after years of discovery, tens of millions more Americans know it, too. They will have eyes peeled and heads on swivels not only on Election Night, but for the weeks on end leading up to that day in which candidates like Joe Biden pile up the millions of ballots that disenfranchise millions of Americans who did all they could, in vain, to prevent the emergence of the godless and corrupt to power.
Chris Paul Theory will not only save your mind, but it may also save your life. Once you adopt it, you’ll understand this season simply can’t last forever. Its boat is taking on too much water, and the consequences of that drowning are too severe, for it to continue at this pace indefinitely. Inevitably, the free people of the world will win, and last night was another link in the chain on the way there.
I love Chris Paul!! Took me awhile to get past his “everything is fake!” line of reasoning, but once you catch on to his manner of questioning everything, it just makes so much sense. Highly recommend his show to everyone.
Will check Chris Paul’s podcast out.
Such an insult by Dana Bush to attempt to corner President Trump into responding that he would accept the results of the November election. Translated as, you and your MAGA followers were misguided in your analysis that the 2020 election was stolen, let’s just preemptively put you in your place.
