I say this without reservation…getting Captain K in the DJT Administration, would probably be one of Trump’s best moves. Let’s get the groundswell happening now! Get the word out! Get him in!

Yes, I agree and Professor Clemens would be good ad well along with Mike Lindell.

Thank you for all your work. I think Trump's election, coupled with your recent appearances with higher-profile podcasters (Sean Spicer, Steve Turley, Newt Gingrich) place us in a much stronger position of fixing the corrupt system. Hopefully you'll get an invite from Joe Rogan soon.

Hello from NC, long time follower and new subscriber. Without giving away intel, take NC for example. Trump won but Dems maintained control of key seats that determine election boards. GA is majority R/Rino. Only flip was State Auditor, to a R-Dave Boliek. Probably a RINO. How do we effect change in Dem controlled states?

GA is general assembly

GREAT article, Seth! Are the apparently stolen Senate races lost causes? And it looks like the Marxists are trying to do the same with the House races.

From Seth's Telegram page if you want to support him for an Election Integrity position in the Trump administration:

"Apparently, if you feel so inclined, you can vote for me to be part of the coming administration and provide input at the following link. I have already composed a letter to the President requesting to be appointed in a special capacity for election reform.

Seth, I hope you read these comments, as I do not offhand know another way to reach you.

First, I DO hope the Trump administration engages you to cleanse our voter roles and election processes.

There are two areas I think are important to address that I hear nobody discussing. 1: We need to establish a "gate" through which all would-be candidates for President (and maybe Vice President) must successfully pass before initiating a campaign. In this election, we had 2 Republican candidates in the Primary who are not eligible to be President, because they are not Natural-born Citizens (Haley and Ramaswamy), and one Democrat candidate (Harris). We've had other candidates before, including Romney, Cruz, and who knows about Obama. This has got to stop! Imagine the Constitutional crisis that ensues when a similar candidate actually wins (or is elevated from VP) and someone with gravitas challenges the situation to the Supreme Court. 2: We would benefit greatly by rescinding the 17th Amendment for a number of reasons. For starters, the states would be more able to keep the Federal government in check, and you'd have 100 less candidates whose elections can be corrupted.

If we can implement Congressional term limits, that will automatically remove much money from the election process. If we can rescind the 16th Amendment and go back to allocating federal expenses not covered through user fees and tariffs to the states on a per capita basis, the states will have remarkable incentive to keep the Federal government in check.

Thank you! Hopefully we can take an active role in Election Integrity to fix this system. My husband was born and raised in Tucson, AZ and my Republican parents are in Washington state with terrible mail in ballots only. Now I see even Texas needs help!!

“the fact that Trump won and our elections were still a third-world horror show is the best-case long term for permanently fixing our elections.”

Congratulations you got to have Cake and Eat it too…I’ve been following your logic on the matter. Do indulge following mine please; There’s a lot more to the nation than politics, a lot more to politics than elections, and our Oath doesn’t even mention Election Integrity…for which history is grateful, for there would have been slaughter long before 1861. Honest elections would require honest voters, which requires honest men…

…If men were honest no government would be necessary.

I will tell you from Iraq 2006-2007 that if men truly have democracy no government is possible. Speaking of horror shows, here’s the coda; we really do have democracy now. The New Deal administrative state has fallen and is being replaced by… democracy. For we are Americans, we shall have our cake and the cake will eat us.

Amen.

I’m around.

Seth , you are my hero! But first thank you for your service since today is Veteran’s Day. This is a fantastic article and I fully agree with you. I attended the info sessions at my county elections office in WA state and they are a joke. Since I follow you and several others I had questions that the election officials could not or would not answer. I knew they wouldn’t but my goal was to plant the seeds in the minds of the other attendees to hopefully get them to start thinking. The officials absolutely did not like my statement about ERIC which they were pushing as the best thing since sliced bread (I brought my ERIC info just in case to defend myself). Thank you for all you do. Our election system was and still is a mess that needs an overhaul. It is transparent to me that our elections are not safe, secure, and honest.

The 5th circuit court case that overturned a Mississippi election law that allows ballots postmarked by election day to still be counted may be our best hope to clean up the mail in ballots skulduggery. We just need similar cases litigated in other districts to force a circuit split and a Supreme Court decision. If we require mail in ballots to be received by election day, that would be an enormous win for election integrity.
