You are perhaps too kind to put NM at marginal concern for election integrity. That corrupt state is about as good at elections as they are at roads - not good.
(Seriously, the same highway at the Texas-NM border is completely different considering what side of the border you are on. When go between the two states I've learned to do so on the Texas highways as much as feasible. That makes the drive so much quicker and pleasant.)
The elections there are very bad. I believe most of the cheat from 2020 is baked into ABQ and SF. However, relative to the rest of the 2024 election, it rates as a 2. I have only five 4s to give out as they constitute the Top 10%, and I reserve the 3s for corrupt states with larger or electoral counts or obvious additional cheating over 2020.
Note that they purged ~31,975 voters from the rolls in 2023, so if you are still seeing things out of whack, they managed to make it up somehow for 2024. The purge was because they mailed ballots to *everyone* during the pandemic. A lot of them got returned by the USPS. USPS returned mail is one of the only ways they will remove voters (because they claim the VRA only allows this or an exhaustive examination by law enforcement personnel to avoid "disenfranchising the marginalized" – even though NM has same-day registration at all polling locations).
