Awesome article, Captain. It truly inspired me and gave me hope for what we all agree was a completely exasperating conclusion to the rock solid evidence that this AZ 2022 (as well as 2020) election was surely stolen. Let’s hope that them winning these early battles have exposed them enough that they will lose this war.
Jeff Childers had some thoughts about this case in his post yesterday. In brief, the judge didn't stick his neck out, but did allow evidence into the record. It was always going to go the AZ Supreme Court, regardless of the outcome.
For those wanting a deeper read of Strauss and Howe's theory of generational cycles in America, with more historical evidence, their big book from 1991 is freely available:
Yes, Thompson did let Lake make a thorough record. Her attorneys were intimate with the material and very prepared. Thompson played the games with his opinion, saying it wasn't his role to say what would the signature review standards should be - well, no, but it was his role to say the review was insufficient.
I was irritated as hell about Thompson imposing ridiculous standards of proof - Lake had to prove INTENT!?
Thompson employed strategy and tactics as in the first trial, where the judge dismissed 8 of the 10 causes of action, leaving the 2 he thought would be about impossible to prove. But Lake did, despite everything, including counsel not being entirely prepared due to the urgency of getting the case filed. I remember watching the judges body language then as Lake's case was proved spoke volumes!
Agreed, this is a decision to be made on appeal.
Praying and holding hope the justices have the courage and wherewithal to apply the law correctly.
Another fantastic essay. You always combine facts with passion in a marvelous duet. To seque slightly, I'm a newcomer to the Derek Johnson material, so, given the deeply corrupted/compromised situation you've so accurately outlined (and fought), I do hope that citizen refusal to step back from challenging election fraud, etc., is partnered with the activation of the executive orders that Johnson says are working in the background. But chess games don't lend themselves to clear understanding, in the moment, of what's in each side's strategy is, do they?
I meet a lot of "doomers" and try to remind them, somehow/someway, we will overcome the DS/Cartels because we aren't getting over it, and each time this happens, there will continue to be microscopic analysis for years!! We're GOING to find a way through PERSISTENCE!
I read recently (can't remember where..) where someone said the constitution is powerful. This is wrong; the constitution is only a piece of paper and only as powerful as the citizens who demand its protections.
It was Adams who said our constitution was only fit to govern a moral and religious society. This no longer describes America.
It's not the paper that has the power, it's the culture. The institutions just express the will of the people, or the lack of will to fight off their inevitable parasites. The underlying American culture is still strong, it has not lost touch with its traditions, and a large fraction of the citizenry are awakening to action.
If you can't see the moral and righteous majority of America, maybe you should get off social media and meet some real people? If you're in some degenerate big city, maybe get out of your bubble?

Great article. Can we trust the Supreme Court to uphold the constitution today or tomorrow?
No.

Excellent Seth, NO turning back now.
Good job, no. Great job! Thank you! God bless you!
Well said, Captain! God bless you for all you do for His cause and our good!
Thank you sir.
