I always encourage my readers to avoid confirmation bias, cognitive dissonance, and black-and-white thinking. It is easy, watching the corruption of the Republican Party march on in real time and for the past decade, to forget that the Democrats are in on the same game – to deceive their grassroots, snooker them out of their money, placate them just enough to keep them coming back for more, highlight the evil of the other party to keep their gullible supporters around, and ultimately, rig primaries to keep democratic socialists from taking over top spots within the party.
The Democrats have a vested interest in the status quo. They know they are at a precipice in which five out of six primary voters under 30 voted for Bernie Sanders in 2016, or for Sanders or Elizabeth Warren in 2020. While the twits on the left-wing grassroots will eventually prove unstoppable, the Democrat establishment can manipulate enough of the narrative and the outcomes of primaries by moving dates around and splitting delegates to keep a stronghold on power at present. The Democrat Party recognizes that they cannot go full socialist before the election manipulation system is fully locked down, because all of the country outside of a few mostly white, out of touch coastal enclaves rejects socialism at first sound, and a rapidly increasing number of non-white first- or second-generation Americans have fled from such countries and are changing coalitions to become populist Republicans as I write.
It is a near certainty that Bernie Sanders would have won a fair primary against Hillary Clinton in 2016, and may have even won in 2020 if the Democrats didn’t force the entire field to drop out ahead of Super Tuesday so Joe Biden could take Sanders one-on-one. The party couldn’t risk Sanders creating a contested convention scenario in which the party grassroots would create a 1968 nightmare scenario when the Democrats were busy pulling off the crime of the century, with Vichy Republicans as accomplices. They went with the devil they knew, and the devil they could control.
And that brings us right to where we are. The sitting president is having his business ties aired out for the world to see, and may soon face the mountain of impeachment, even with a weak and timid Republican majority at the helm of the U.S. House. Biden will also be nearly 82 years old at the time of the 2024 election. In my article outlining my 2023 predictions, I listed that a serious discussion would take place to replace Joe Biden for 2024:
With nearly two-thirds of the country now doubting the results of the 2020 election, and the DOJ having to resort to third world strongman tactics to stop their main challenger, the main protagonist in this chapter of world history, it is now clear the Democrats may need to make different plans to deceive the nation once again.
Which four Democrats do I think are most likely to replace Joe Biden atop the 2024 ticket? Read on, in order:
